Delete your data

You can delete your Dit account and all associated data at any time.

Deleting your account permanently removes all your personal data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed, your account, signal history, and contact relationships cannot be recovered.

How to delete from the app

Open your profile
Tap your avatar or navigate to the Profile tab.

Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings → Account.

Tap "Delete account"
Under the Account section, tap Delete account. You will be asked to confirm.

Confirm deletion
Type DELETE in the confirmation field and tap Confirm. Your account will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to privacy@ditapp.net from the email address associated with your account.

Include the subject line "Account deletion request". We will process it within 5 business days and confirm via email.
